Sign up for the 2009 National Roller Cup!

NROC is a series of premium inline competitions in the United States and Canada consisting of 9 events for 2009.

Skaters are awarded points based on placement, only the top four finishes throughout the season will count toward the national point series at the end of the year.

Skaters compete against America's top inline skaters — or if you like, against America's top weekend warriors — in the 2009 National Roller Cup (NROC).

The action starts in March with the Squiggy Inline Marathon in Florida and ends in the fall with the New York 100K. The series includes nine races in 2009. Skaters will accumulate points based on their top finishes.

Saint Paul and Roseville, MN proudly host the NROC National Championship for the Half Marathon and the 10K.  Skaters will have the opportunity to win points in both the half marathon and the 10K separately.  So, effectively this is a double point weekend.

Skaters compete in either the pro division or the new non-pro (advanced) division.

Race categories are:
  • open (all comers)
  • master (35-44)
  • veteran (45 and above)

In addition, there will be a grand veteran (55 and up) category for men. (If enough women join, we may add a grand veteran category for women.)

Cash prizes will be awarded in the pro division. Trophies will be awarded in the non-pro division.
All license fees will go for cash prizes and trophies. (See Sample Payout chart below.)

The first 100 skaters to sign up will get a free set of Bont G4 Mint Green wheels, 100 or 110mm — a $120-128 value! Skaters will also get reduced entry fees at several of the participating races.
